Nagarhole National Park

Nagarhole is among the most popular places to visit near Bangalore, especially for wildlife enthusiasts. This national park becomes its name from two Kannada words and phrases Naga means snake and also Hole means stream. Several serpentine fields stream from the rich tropical forests of the park, which has today been renamed because the Rajiv Gandhi National Park.
